Original Yvaine Undina

Yvaine Undina

$160.00

Media: Acrylic, Lapis Lazuli, Amethyst, Clear Quartz, Gems, Tassels
Date: 2025
Height: 8 Inches
Width: 8 Inches

Yvaine Undina is an original painting that poignantly embodies the essence of a five-week embryo, representing my second early miscarriage from the previous year. This artwork intertwines spiritual elements, featuring a galaxy with the embryo nestled within a Tanzanite crystal, symbolizing the month my unborn child would have been born. The title 'Yvaine Undina' holds significant meaning, reflecting the first and middle names I selected, which also serves as a unisex designation.

This painting was created with acrylic paint, lapis lazuli, amethyst, clear quartz, gems, and tassels. It measures 8" x 8" and is signed on canvas, ready to hang in your space.

The high-quality materials used ensure that it is visually stunning and protected with a layer of varnish for longevity.

Please note that colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings, but I assure you that the beauty of Yvaine Undina will shine through in any setting.

This painting is on display at the Spivak building of the Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design, where it will remain until May 16th, 2025.

  • All artwork is assigned a specific pricing structure designed to help customers appreciate each piece's inherent value. I utilize a pricing system called CPSI (Cost Per Square Inch), which provides a transparent and standardized approach.

My CPSI rate is set at $1.50. To illustrate this, let's consider one of my paintings, which measures 8 inches in height and 8 inches in width. The art supplies cost me around $65.

To calculate its price, we multiply the height by the width (8× 8) x $1.50 + $65, totaling $161.

This pricing methodology reflects not only the dimensions of the work but also the artistry and labor invested in creating it.

Transparency in pricing fosters a deeper connection between collectors and their chosen pieces, fully allowing you to appreciate each artwork's beauty and craftsmanship.
