Once your artwork is ready, it will be carefully packaged using high-quality materials to protect it from potential damage during transit.

Kindly note that collectors are responsible for any VAT, import fees, or other duties imposed by your local government upon delivery.

If you need to initiate a return, please get in touch with me within seven business days of delivery and ship the items back within three business days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

For cancellations, please contact me within 1 hour of your purchase to ensure timely processing.

Due to their unique nature, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange. This includes custom or personalized orders, perishable products like flowers, digital downloads, and items on sale or gift cards.

For exchanges, the fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can purchase the new item separately.

Regarding refunds, I will notify you once your return has been received and inspected and whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
